Refund Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible products purchased through our website or physical store locations.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at digital@zadsurf.com within 30 days of receiving the product. If the return is approved, customers will be provided with instructions on how and where to send the returned product. Returns that are sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

If a product is received damaged or not as described, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, Zadsurf will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If the issue is not reported within 7 days of delivery, customers will be responsible for purchasing and coordinating the return shipping label with the carrier.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that certain items, such as custom products or personalized items, are not eligible for returns. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Exchanges & Refunds

For exchanges, customers may return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed by the bank or credit card company.
