Shipping & Returns
Free Shipping Inside UAE
All items are shipped on our standard delivery service which is 2-3 working days by a local professional service provider.
Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep tracking your order.
Also, you can track your shipping on our website using the tracking reference number. If no one’s at home and we are unable to deliver your item, you will be left a calling card and you will be able to arrange re-delivery.

Standard Delivery Service in UAE
All orders purchased before 1 pm Monday to Friday will be collected on the same day as per our standard delivery service and they will be dispatched and delivered to you within 2-3 days.
All orders within the UAE will get a free delivery.
Next-Day Delivery Service in UAE
All orders purchased before 1 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched by our delivery partner which aims to deliver the next working day. *Please note items purchased after 1 pm Thursday on our ‘Next Day Delivery Service’ will be shipped Friday for delivery on Monday. Any items purchased after 1 pm Friday will be shipped Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We do not offer next-day service on weekends. If you wish to receive your item on Saturday, you must select our ‘Special Delivery before 1 pm’ service at the checkout page.
Saturday Delivery in UAE
Please note for orders to qualify for our ‘Friday Delivery’ service orders must be placed before 1 pm Thursday. Any orders placed after 1 pm Thursday will not be delivered on Saturday. We ship by delivery partner Special Delivery before 1 pm for this service and delivery time is guaranteed to be by 1 pm.
Bank Holiday Deliveries & Public Holidays
Zad Surf and our delivery partners do not operate during Bank Holidays or any other Public Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. Important Notice: Bank Holidays and any other Public Holidays will override any express service you have paid for during checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Delivery Delays
We always endeavor to deliver your order on time. But, we might expect some delays of up to 20 days on the limited edition watches.
Lost Packages
For peace of mind, all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked service by our delivery partner with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions, we may experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeavor to replace or refund orders lost in transit however once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.

You can use Zad One with all devices to share your profle, compatibility is only important when it comes to the reader or activating the Zad tag/card. Zad One is compatible with iPhone XR or newer (iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone X must use the NFC scanner in the control center) and most Androids. It's also possible to share your profile with almost any device using the URL or QR-Code.

Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal
preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper
right of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and
unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes
include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a
mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a
new order with the correct information and then let us know through our e-mail: digital@zadsurf.com
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas
customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to
us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid
further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a
registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do
